Meet The Owner
Vanessa Bajrovic
Vanessa has 10+ years experience working in the oil and gas sector in various positions and most recently as a General Manager of a thriving Recruitment and Labour supply company. After the birth of her third child, Vanessa has taken some time out to reflect and evaluate what is important.
From this reflection her dream of creating her own recruitment agency came to light and with the support of her husband Mint Resources was born.
Vanessa is more than just a recruitment specialist to the sector, but she is also a wife, a mother, a daughter, and sister. Through the lens of our shared humanity, we see our employees as more than just 'workers'. We see they don’t just wear hard hats, but many hats in life including father, husband, boyfriend, brother, son, and mate.
We extend this lens to our clients, seeing them as more than just ‘contacts’ but as peers and people who have families, lives and responsibilities. We work collaboratively to help them achieve their goals.
We see people first, and everything else after that. When every challenge is met with our shared humanity at the forefront of our minds, it becomes easier to find safe and equitable solutions for all.
